Privacy Policy

This site is run by one person — Yevhen Bataltsev, a web designer based in Ukraine. There is no company behind it, no marketing team, and no third party buying your details. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you send me.

What the form collects

The contact form on the homepage asks for four things:

• Your name — so I know who I’m writing back to.
• Your email address — so I can send you the mockup link and reply to you.
• A link to your business — your website or Google Maps listing, which is what I design the mockup from.
• An optional note — anything you want me to know before I start.

Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create, no password, and I never ask for payment details through this website.

Why I need it

To answer your enquiry and to build the free mockup you asked for. That is the only purpose. Sending the form is you asking me to get in touch — under the GDPR that is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to my email or writing to the address below.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to my inbox and does not sell or reuse the contents. My email is hosted by a standard commercial email provider. Those two services are the only ones that touch your message. I do not pass your details to anyone else, and I never sell them.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted from my inbox within 12 months. If we work together, I keep the correspondence for as long as the project needs it and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back for changes.

How to have it deleted

Email yevhen@bataltsev.com and ask. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need a special form of words — “please delete my details” is enough. I will delete everything I hold about you and confirm it within 30 days.

You can also ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or object to me holding it at all. Same address, same 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no advertising or social media trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. The only outside request the page makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces used here.
